An intricately carved set of 4 giltwood dining chairs. These chair frames are unfinished but in great shape. Having carved rocaille crest, in a floral upholstery, above shell motif apron, rising on cabriole legs, ending on whorl feet.
Dimensions approx 36.25"h, 20.75"w, 20.25"d, seat height: 18.5"h Acquired at an auction in Texas in 2022. They feature scrolling carvings along the back, arms, and legs; a stunning floral detail at the top of the back of the chair; and a wide square back perfect for displaying a stunning fabric. These frames are a blank canvas waiting for your creative imagination.
