It is an antique spanish cart wheel, once used on a horse drawn cart in europe, repurposed in the early 20th century, converting the cart wheel into this magnificent statement piece. Made by a Blacksmith with custom legs and brackets bolted to the main wheel frame, with one leg being removable to allow the 10mm tougened glass top to be set into place. The glass is new and comes in perfect condition, the wheel has been cleaned and oiled, however holds it original condition.
Simply put with its history and size this piece exudes industrial antique in every sense of the word. This would look amazing in any contemporary or period home.
The wheel itself suspected to be around the 17th century based on its design and construction.
