Lee Industries Ava Left Facing Chaise Sectional in Heavy Duty Washable 100% Linen. Manufacture details are as follows. The Ava Sectional, while traditional at its roots, has a relaxed ease that is perfect for today’s home. The gently curved arms and back of the sectional open slightly, inviting you to sit. The comfort of deep, wide cushions urge you to stay. Springs wrapped in fire retardant free, high resiliency recycled fiber and enveloped in a down feather mix. There are two pieces to this sectional that are joined by a metal latch and are easily separable for transport. The sofa section measures 79 inches in length and 40 inches deep. The chaise portion measures 40 inches in length and 67 inches deep. The total length measures 119 inches. There are additional detailed measurements listed in the dimensions section of this listing.
This was a custom order for a second home that took 10 months to receive and was no longer needed when it arrived, it was made in April of 2022' as shown on the production tag. The price to place an order for this sofa in this fabric is $14,585.00 plus tax in this fabric, so roughly $15,700.00. It measures 119 inches in length, 67 inches deep and 38 inches in height.
Note: This item was briefly used for staging, a candle slipped off of a coffee table splashing warm wax onto a small section of the skirt in the corner where the chaise and sofa meet, no attempt to clean it has been made, we decided to offer a large discount to allow the buyer to have it cleaned, reupholstered, or have slip covers made with plenty of room to still get a great deal. The frame is solid and very well made so it is well worth recovering as there are many retailers offering similar looking sofas with low quality frames and cushion construction that will not stand the test of time. - Other than staging this sofa is un-used and overall it is in excellent condition but there is a small area … moreOther than staging this sofa is un-used and overall it is in excellent condition but there is a small area with a splash of wax on the skirt at the inner corner where the sofa and chaise intersect. In my opinion it does not greatly affect the overall look of the sofa as it is a large piece with a small corner area of wax, other than that it is pristine but you be the judge. less
