Custom-made from a thick, solid plank, it features a rich, distressed red lacquer finish with a subtle craquelure finish and a serpentine shaped apron decorated with Asian or Greek key inspired spandrels in the Chinese Chippendale taste. Hand-painted gold botanical motifs and gilt trim adorn the serpentine front and sides. Supported by thick, square legs for a sturdy construction.
