Very sturdy, holds a lot, great as a catch-all, for mail and knickknacks, or as a bread or casserole basket.
Wonderful as a harvest basket, can display a lot of fruit side by side, allowing for airflow, without some going bad on the bottom.
Wonderful warm rich hue, still retains some gloss on the original shellac finish.
