This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Management Chairs, Model EA418, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. This chair dates to the late 1970s and is by Herman Miller.
The design features a cast aluminum frame, and has an adjustable 4-star base on casters. The seat has plush cushions that are 2 inches thick, and they're upholstered in brown leather.
Each chair measures 24 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and 34 inches high with a seat height of 20.5 inches. The chair shows wear consistent with previous use, but is overall in good to very good condition.
