The brief was to create a simple cost effective table but with a lightweight design that creates presence without being too heavy in a room. The table is designed specifically to work with the contrast of vintage chairs but will work equally well with contemporary chairs. The table is made with a tubular steel base with various top options. Solid oak: The solid European oak is finished in very light matt lacquer which has allowed the grain to lift slightly giving a smoot but tactile finish of the natural grain. Marble: Solid Italian marble. Reclaimed Iroko: Iroko is a beautiful African timber that was widely used in the fifties for school laboratory tops. We actively salvage this beautiful timber and give it a second life. Cube comes in 65 by 65cm square and also rectangular t 65 by 120cm. Table height is 75cm. Dimensions:120cm(w) x 60cm(l) x 60cm(h) This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
