An exceptional 'tulipan' flush mount chandelier by j.t. Kalmar, austria, vienna, manufactured in the midcentury, circa 1960 (late 1960s-early 1970s). With beautiful murano tulipan shaped hand blown bubble glasses. Several glasses are mounted with brass bolts on a white enameled metal frame. Dimensions: flush mount height circa 13.78 in. X diameter circa 19.69 in. This fixture requires 10 e14 light bulbs. In very good vintage condition. Cleaned well wired and ready to use. With new rod and canopy. Kalmar had a cooperation with several italian glass makers located in murano (e.g. Mazzega, venini) and got the glasses from there. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
