The Accolay pottery, founded in 1945 in the Yonne region by four former students of Alexandre Kostanda, is renowned for its bold and innovative ceramics. Their collaboration with Christian Dior for the New Look collection catapulted their reputation. Their production is distinguished by organic forms, colorful glazes, and motifs inspired by ethnic art. The pieces, often signed with a double "A," include vases, masks, and wire figurines.
