Morris (Moshe) Katz (1932-2010) was a prolific artist who held two Guinness World Records: the world's fastest painter and the most prolific artist. He was known as the "King of Schlock Art" and the "King of Toilet Paper Art" for his distinctive painting technique, which utilized a palette knife and toilet tissue rather than a paintbrush. This piece is a heavy impasto created using a palette knife and most likely, toilet paper. It features red and white flowers in a vase.
