A beautifully preserved example of 19th-century French porcelain, this Old Paris tea set features three distinct yet harmoniously styled pieces in the Empire tradition. Included are a large lidded teapot, a sucrier (sugar bowl), and a footed creamer—each finished in crisp white glaze with rich gold accents and classic neoclassical moldings.
The teapot and sucrier display finely rendered leaf motifs and gilt figural finials, while the footed creamer—also from the same French estate—complements the set with elegant curvature and refined proportion.
Dimensions:
- Teapot: 10" H (with lid)
- Sucrier: 8.25" H (handle is broken, see condition)
- Creamer: 3.25" H × 6" L (footed)
Condition:
Sucrier has one broken handle
The creamer has a fine hairline crack on the side
Some wear to gilding, particularly on the teapot lid
Overall presents beautifully with over 150 years of patina and charm
This graceful trio offers both decorative and collectible appeal, ideal for display in French country interiors, Empire revival settings, or alongside other 19th-century porcelain collections. Whether styled on a sideboard, open shelf, or tea tray, this set adds historic elegance and delicate craftsmanship to any vignette.
