The two imposing 19th-century candlesticks have baluster stems supported by cupids, eight scrolled arms and are an extraordinary example of 19th-century Italian craftsmanship, attentive to detail and the accurate chiseled finishing of the floral details.

The shaped and polylobed bases, supported by four leafy feet, give stability and regality to the candelabra, while the arrangement of eight candle-holding arms on three levels creates a pyramidal effect that enhances the lightness of the ornamental elements.

The result is both monumental for the size of the large candlesticks and harmonious. The choice of a two-tone finish that combines the silvering of the structure with the gilding of the two putti sitting on a rock creates a fascinating chromatic contrast that visually enriches these works with a wavy shape with leafy and intertwined ramages motifs. The design of the flat and depthless back part makes it perfect for use in narrow spaces such as consoles or wall tables.
