The soft, organic lines and the way the light is diffused — without exposing the bulb directly — align closely with Aalto’s approach to warm, functional lighting. At the same time, the layered construction and silhouette also recall designs by Louis Poulsen, and the build quality suggests these could potentially be an early Philips production. The light source is cleverly hidden behind a series of concentric metal rings, creating a soft, indirect glow and casting striking shadows on the wall.
