This contemporary oil painting is part of my "petals" series. I was inspired by flower petals floating on water. The painting is an oil painting on hardboard panel, varnished for protection. The vintage frame is a very heavy white-washed solid wood frame with an ornate, delicate pattern and inner gold leaf border. The color is a soft ivory white with distressed areas of gold leaf showing. Please note there are chipped paint areas and a patina of age on the frame.
The overall size of the piece is 15"x17" with the inner oil painting at 8"x10". Ready to hang, signed on the back.
