Includes grapes, figs, pineapple and peaches-- cascading out of a basket onto a tablecloth.. Exceptional craftsmanship and detail to the fruit with age appropriate craquelure. Within the last decade or so the canvas was professionally relined with wax sealing to the back. The painting is signed lower right M. W. Jenkins and dated 1890.
Frame size is 35" x 30", painting is 29" x 24". See less
