Made with handwoven wool, its design is inspired by mid-century Swedish minimalist textile designs of the Rollakhan and Rya weaving traditions.

This new Swedish flat weave is from the “Nu” line of this flatweave collection, which enjoys a boucle-like texture of handwoven wool, and a warm look both impressionistic and comfortable compared to the cool tones of Scandinavian provenance..Keen eyes will admire the subdued look of striae and subtle color variation, and the sense of movement they create. This Kilim exemplifies that principle with geometric patterns in tones in brown, beige, white and gray—an earthy approach to an iconic aesthetic.
