'Scenes in England' is an interesting early nineteenth century travel book, looking at various places around England and Wales, with recommendations of what to do whilst visiting. Some of the places included are Buckinghamshire, Staffordshire, Dorestshire, Cornwall, Oxford, Essex, and Lincolnshire. Isaac Taylor was a historical writer, artist, and inventor. He started out his career by illustrating some of his sister's, Jane Taylor's, books, Jane being the person who wrote the words for 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star'. Isaac also wrote 'The Elements of Thought', 'The Process of Historical Proof', 'Home Education', and 'The Physical Theory of Another Life'.
