This not very common and therefore beloved tilt top table is equipped with a so-called barrel leg base that is shaped like the barrel of a cannon, hence the name. The top swivels in relation to the leg and the original bird cage base is a wonderful addition to this beautiful antique piece of furniture. Its size makes it not only a beautiful and convenient side table, you can even eat at it alone or in pairs. This kind of table is therefore very nice to put in the kitchen for example with 2 chairs.
