A double frame shaped and decorated with scrolls, floral and plant motifs, encloses an eagle in the center, surmounted by an oval-shaped crown with acanthus leaves. The eagle is represented with its body facing forward and its wings spread, in Greek and Latin mythology it is the bird sacred to Zeus, god of lightning and clouds.

The eagle is also a symbol of power, victory and prosperity.
