While most of our designs are recognized for their clean, straight lines, the Marina sofa is defined by the subtle curve that shapes the upholstery. The sofa’s structure is formed by a solid oak frame. The backrests are removable, allowing the sofa to be converted into a chaise longue. Obstacles emerged out of a desire to make objects that are deliberate. They believe in conscious simplification, following a process of geometric reduction that allows the essential quality of each object to emerge.
