Large oval giltwood mirror with recesses, featuring a richly carved pediment of winged dragons in a foliage setting.
The recesses have a gilded painted decoration, and the background was probably painted green; traces of color are still visible in places.
Good overall condition, with some old restorations to the wood, a broken glass pane, and some mercury stains on the central mirror.
Napoleon III period.
