Design Plus Gallery presents an Antique Secretary Desk in Black American Walnut. The solid wood cabinet for writing is a two piece with a top having two cabinet doors that open to showcase its solid wood construction with back panels and several shelves inset. The lower portion has a pull down desk top with inner chambers for storing bills, letters, postage and the link. The surface for writing is made from toiled leather and has gold embellishments on each corner/border. Five lower drawers live beneath the desk with two half width at the top and three full width below. This antique is in good condition for its age with minimal wear for its use.
