Item: Antique Blanket Chest in Cherry Wood and Pine.
Age & Condition: Circa 1850. Signs of age throughout, dark spots, scratches. Knobs may not be original. Some separation to the boards in the back.
Dimensions: 41″ wide x 18.5″ deep x 46″ tall.
Warm and rustic antique blanket chest in pine and cherry wood. This lovely New England blanket chest has a great look and lots of character.
Antique Blanket Chest
This pretty antique blanket chest has a nice design, with a tall lidded box on the top. Then, it has three graduated drawers underneath.
Certainly, this 19th century blanket chest has a design where storage of blankets and linens can be slightly more organized.
The blanket chest has some signs of age. It has some separation on the boards on the back. Also, the wooden knobs have been modified and may not be original. Finally, there are areas of dark spots and scratches throughout.
New England Blanket Chest
Despite these signs of age, the New England Blanket chest still functions well. It has a lot of character and warmth.
