It is a painting about two wolves of Yellowstone National Park, after reading a book about them. The story is a beautiful love story that touched me deeply. Especially since my favorite pastime is to spend a day wolf watching in Yellowstone National Park. I have done several residencies there. This piece done in colored pencil and acrylic is about limiting the palette, so much that there is only one real color used in addition to black and white. See less
