Rare pair of 1960s floating top teak side tables by Ole Wanscher, made in Denmark by France & Son.
Similar to an iconic line of coffee and side tables by Peter Hvitd & Orla Molgaard-Nielsen, Wanscher used brass bushings to create separation between the supported and supporting elements — perhaps inspired by Finn Juhl's use of this technique in his seating designs.
Features a second tier below the main surface and a hidden drawer for additional storage.
