The carefully carved details of the wooden base and stem highlight the artisanal quality and originality characteristic of Dudouyt’s work. Crafted from solid oakwood, the lamp features a sturdy circular base adorned with four finely carved ring details. The striking, hand-carved stem displays a three-dimensional geometric diamond pattern, adding visual depth and texture. The tall, tapered lampshade has been newly replaced with an ivory-colored fabric featuring a subtle linen texture, creating a warm and inviting glow when illuminated.

The oakwood remains in good original condition with a warm, natural patina. The wiring has been renewed for safety and functionality, and the lamp is in full working order. It is fitted with a standard E26/E27 bulb socket and is currently wired for 220V with a European plug, ready for use.
