Item description:
Delightful flared cachepot, centerpiece in blue Jasperware with bas-relief decorations in white Jasperware depicting classical scenes, garlands in the shape of vine leaves and grapes, and lion heads and handles, also in bas-relief. Made by the famous English manufacturer Wedgwood in the Staffordshire region, signed under the base with the incised inscription "Wedgwood" and catalog number. Made in England around 1930-1940. The object is a good size and the bas-relief decorations are very beautiful, classic of this manufacturer's artistic productions.
