This chair is a rare Casala chair from the 1950s. Designed by D. Hinz and manufactured by Carl Sasse in Germany.
The entire chair has been restored to its original design and reupholstered. (See black and white photo from the book.)
The chair features comfortable wave-spring padding with coconut fiber and cotton.
The round, dynamic frame makes the chair a special accent piece.
Small signs of wear are visible on the frame.
