Sculpted ceramic mirror, signed by the artist (R.H. possibly Rolf Hansen). Danish, German style stoneware pottery with lava glaze design in the eye of Mithé Espelt. Circular frame with tactile surface and raised, circular elements in vibrant orange and yellow tones. Recessed, inlaid mirror provides depth and reflects light beautifully. Remarkable condition - please see photos and video. Minor wear to glass and ceramic commensurate with age - no chips - one partial firing hairline. Retains original felt backing and hanging chain. Display ready piece.
