In this listing you will find a pair of iconic Mid Century Modern armchairs "Lupina" designed by Niko Kralj. The chair features plywood shell attached to the steel construction, beech armrests and they are upholstered in net embossed natural leather. This model of the chair together with other models designed by Niko Kralj are part of the permanent exhibition of Museum of Modern Art in New York. Made in Yugoslavia in 1956. Excellent condition, fully refurbished and reupholstered by a professional upholsterer. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
