I have not found any markings on it and do not know who made it. The design looks like Waterford Lismore, but their Biscuit Barrels have a different shape.

The biscuit barrel measures 3.25 inches across the base, 4.75 inches across the opening and is 6 1/8 inches across the rim. It is 6 3/8 inches tall at the top of each petal shaped rim and about 5.00 inches deep. Height to the top of the handle is 9.50 inches. Weight is three pounds, seven ounces.

The lid is cut in the same design except it is inverted. There are no markings that I can find and the Barrel has no chips, cracks, or other damage. It is clean and clear. See less
