This slender piece of furniture captivates with its clean lines, remarkable woodwork, and sophisticated finishing details.

Macassar wood veneer with a symmetrical herringbone grain, enhanced with a glossy varnish and black lacquered details on the frame and top edges.

Composed of three closed sections with two side compartments with shelves and five maple drawers with brass handles, and a central door with a geometric braided marquetry pattern and brass inserts.

Tapered legs typical of mid-century design, finished with gilded brass tips.

Brass keyholes, original keys, and a fine patina attest to the craftsmanship of this piece.

Good overall condition. Some discreet signs of wear, consistent with the age of the piece.
