Originally designed by Warren Platner in 1966 for Knoll International, this iconic side table features a sculptural base composed of 18k gold-plated steel rods, carefully curved and welded to a circular frame.
Though substantial in weight due to the amount of metal used, the open, airy structure allows light to pass through; creating a visually light and elegant presence.
A true classic of modern design, balancing industrial craftsmanship with architectural finesse.
This calacatta marble top is no longer in production.
Condition: Good condition, some signs of age in the form of spots on the gold plated finish. See images.
