Illustrator: PICART LE DOUX (Jean). (illustrator). Centenary of the Pont-à-Mousson Company: 1856-1956. Nancy, Berger-Levrault, 1957, in-4, titled folded cover illustrated in an illustrated cardboard folder and black slipcase. Water and Fire are the theme of this work, but also the attributes of Pont-à-Mousson, since they are essential components for its production. Jean COCTEAU does not hesitate to put his talent as a poet at the service of industry and submits to us his reflection "the water of fire, these are tears". Jean Picart-le-Doux produced 12 paintings in the vein of his talent as an upholsterer.
