formerly an oil lamp, this gorgeous piece has been electrified for use as a modern table lamp.
the lamp has a new hand-made rectangular, cream-coloured lampshade with a subtle texture from “la maison de l’abat-jour” in cannes, france;
the base of the lamp is intricate, featuring a combination of materials:
the main stem is made of a light greenish onyx with beautiful reddish-brown veins.
above this is a rounded, green hand blown glass with a textured surface that reflects light.
the bottom of the base is in gilded bronze, with ornate detailing and a square shape.
a sophisticated and elegant lamp to own.
