Plinth low is conceived as a presence rather than a statement: grounded, honest, materially direct. Its raw, textured surface and deliberate proportions make it equally at home in minimalist homes, galleries, and design-led commercial spaces.

the material comes out of years of hands-on experimentation: recycled paper pulp and cardboard — the second life of wood — bound together with organic cement, binders, and paint into a composite that looks like cast stone yet performs nothing like it. It weighs far less than real concrete, gives slightly instead of cracking, and is sealed for lasting indoor use. Donatas describes it as the third life of wood — an everyday material remade, through process, into something entirely new.

rather than hiding the marks of its making, plinth carries them as character. Surface irregularities and natural shifts in texture are built into the design — imperfection as a way to create beauty.
