The tops are made from marble, and are removable for shipping. The cabinets are made from wonderfully warm pitch pine, and are finished on all four sides for easy placement in any room. They have simple panels on each side, with a single drawer over a single door in the front, which opens to reveal storage. The legs are hand turned from cherry and are turned to have the appearance of bamboo. This style was very popular during the Art Nouveau period in France and is still sought by designers today.
