Vintage Winfield California Pottery Divided Serving Dish
Winfield Pottery was founded in Pasadena, California in 1929. It remained in operation until 1962. This divided bowl is from the Desert Dawn pattern. It was one of the most popular patterns in the Winfield line and was introduced during the 1940s. The bowl has a light tan, cocoa color and is accented by an abstract white desert flower. It is heavy for its size.
Measures ~12 3/4" x 7 3/4" x 1 1/2".
The bowl is in excellent vintage condition. No chips, crazing, repairs, or utensil marks. Glaze is shiny and perfect. Marked on the underside in blue: True porcelain, Winfield Handcrafted China. Made in U.S.A.
