A superb Art Deco satinwood and walnut chest of drawers, this was made in England and dates from the 1930’s.
It is a great size and is of lovely quality. This is tall and slim, there is lots of storage inside the generous drawers. It sits on a plinth base, and it has beautifully crafted steel and Bakelite handles. This is predominantly satinwood, with lovely burr walnut banding around the edges. There are very beautiful colour tones and grain patterns all over.
We have had this recently stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb for its age.
