Quality copper mixing bowl made by Atlas Metal Spinning Company of South San Francisco. It has round bottom rolled edge ring.
Unlined Copper material is considered the best performing of culinary material to whip egg whites to frothy peaks as it reacts naturally (and harmlessly) with the whites, making them more stable when beaten so they almost triple in volume.
Crafted of solid unlined copper. with round-bottomed shape promotes vigorous, thorough mixing. Rolled rim is reinforced for extra strength and riveted ring is used as thumb grip or for hanging.
