Vintage Free Form Elbee Pottery Hand Made Dish / Bowl
Imported from Italy
This vintage imported free form dish has a light brown background streaked to resemble wood grain. The flowing sides are edged in black. It is decorated with artistic impasto style flowers and stems. This dish was produce in Italy by Elbee Pottery. Not much is know about the Elbee pottery company except that it was part of the Fratelli Fanciullacci studio and was destroyed in a natural disaster. This item matches a divided dish also listed.
Measures ~ 6 3/4" W x 5 3/4" L x 2" H.
Appears rarely used. No cracks, chips, crazing, repairs or utensil marks.
Marked on the underside Elbee Italy.
