Vintage bronze sculpture of a abstract young female torso (10" high) mounted on a Carrara marble base. The marble base that it is attached to is signed "Proctor". It is highly possible to be created by well known and listed artist W. Stanley "Sandy" PROCTOR, (born 1939).
Proctor is a self-taught artist from Florida and has been inducted into the Florida Artists Hall of Fame. Fine verdigris patina to the torso. Either way, this sculpture would make a nice statement if placed on a side table or cocktail table, or frankly just about anywhere.
The torso is 7.5” high, base is 2.5” high, with a overall height is 10”. Both the sculpture and the base are in near perfect condition. the total weight is 5 lbs.
