Iconic and refined Italian table lamp crafted in brass, featuring a circular base in exquisite "Rosa Bellissimo" marble. A small cylindrical brass structure sits atop the base, from which three brass arms extend upward. Each arm supports a pair of opposing shades: one wide, white, and conical; the other narrow, black, and wedge-shaped. Both, made of metal, are white on the inside to optimize light diffusion. The light sockets are housed within the shades, while the wiring runs internally through the brass arms down to the base, where the power cord and plug emerge. The shades are attached via pivoting joints that allow them to be adjusted and oriented freely, offering great versatility in both functional and decorative lighting. Once illuminated, the lamp casts three beams of light in opposite directions: narrow from the smaller shades and broader from the larger ones. The “Rosa Bellissimo” marble is a refined natural stone with delicate tones, traditionally used in elegant and high-end applications. Originally quarried in Greece, its extraction today is primarily based in Turkey. It is a rare and increasingly scarce material, prized by interior designers for its translucent qualities, which are particularly effective in highlighting the stone’s natural beauty. For this reason, it is often used in sacred art, decorative columns, vases, and ornamental details. This piece was handcrafted in Italy between 2000 and 2005 by an artisanal lighting workshop, taking inspiration from the iconic style of the renowned Italian brand Stilnovo. A true symbol of elegance and modernity, this lamp pays tribute to the timeless design of the postwar period, reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility. The electrical system has been completely rewired and is compliant with European standards.
