The T.E.E. was thoughtfully designed by Studio Gruppo 14 in the 1970s, a period known for its vibrant exploration of form and function in furniture design. This piece was believed to be produced in minimal quantities, underscoring its exclusivity and desirability. Studio Gruppo 14, or Gruppo G14, was an influential Italian design collective established in 1967. Its founding members—Gianfranco Facchetti, Umberto Orsoni, Gianni Pareschi, Pino Pensotti, and Roberto Ubaldi—were dedicated to pushing the boundaries of traditional design.
