This landscape oil painting was painted from a trip to California and the Santa Barbara area. The view is of the vineyards of a local winery in the mountains or hills east of Santa Barbara. The painting is framed in a floater frame with a gold finish.

A bio of the artist is below:
Teresa DiMarco, Richmond Virginia artist and plein air painter, sees the landscapes in terms of planes of light, geometric shapes of color and dramatic perspective. She works in oils, often onsite, "en pleinair" or in the studio from photos she has taken in her travels. Graduated from University of Virginia. Studied art for 30 years at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Studio School, and in many Art Workshops in the US and Europe. She has exhibited at Artspace Gallery, the Studio School at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, CrossRoads Gallery, Zeus
Gallery, and numerous other shows in Virginia, and has won numerous awards. Her work is held in many private and public collections across the U.S. See less
