mark daum france the daum france glassworks is a historic french artistic crystal manufacturer, founded in nancy in 1878 by jean daum. Renowned for its fine production, daum played a central role in the art nouveau movement , thanks in part to its collaboration with artists such as émile gallé . Over the years, the house developed a distinctive technique: pâte de verre (glass paste), which allows for fine details and extraordinary color rendering. This technique, rediscovered and perfected in the 20th century, has become the house's trademark.
