This table came about from the thought of making a table with an ellipse for the top with some abstract shelve underneath it. An ellipse itself seemed to be an exact shape, so I liked the idea that even though the top was confined to a perfect oval, the tiered shelve below it were abstract. Ellipse golden cherry end or side stable. Beautifully detailed with A very handsome table and perfectly scaled for any room. Continental (possibly Baltic) early 20th century end table with a ellipse top having a single shelf resting on a pedestal base over a ellipse platform with 3 feet.
