from the Belgian Academy of Fine Arts.
She has exhibited in New York, Belgium, Lyon, and Paris. Numerous works have been exhibited internationally and sold in private collections in Korea, Germany, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Dubai, and the United States.
Kim has fused text and imagery, creating an entity that is not easily absorbed, either aesthetically or in terms of its content. The subject of her work is confrontation, not escape.
Her paintings reflect life, a reality that vibrates between the interior and the exterior.
