Extremely rare wall lamp, model WL3, designed by H. Fillekes in the 1950s for Artiforte Netherlands.
This lamp is even more rare than the well known and sought after 'Magneto' floor lamp by the same designer. The shade of both lamps are identical.
This lamp has a nickel plated steel rod and wall mount and a black aluminum shade, which still has its original paint.
Very hard to find and a collectible piece.
The lamp is in very good condition. The shade is excellent. The rod and wall mount have a lovely patina. The on/off switch, which was originally on the wall mount, is now in the the cord. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
