This beautifully shaped piece features a grand … Read more An elegant swedish pewter jewelry box crafted by guldsmedsaktiebolaget (gab) during the 1930s. This beautifully shaped piece features a grand piano silhouette, resting on shell-shaped feet and adorned with a sculptural rose finial on the lid. The monogram "k.l." is engraved on the front, adding a personal and historical touch. Inside, the box is lined with its original deep purple velvet. The smooth patina and art deco curves reflect the refined craftsmanship typical of gab, one of sweden's most prominent metalwork firms of the era. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
